Senior Manager HR & Admin

• Qualifications: Minimum 16 years of education in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration, or equivalent.
• Experience: 7 years in reputable organizations with strong administrative skills. Corporate experience is preferred.

Company Secretary

• Qualifications: Membership in a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries, or a master’s degree in business administration or law.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in well-respected organizations.

Manager Monitoring

• Qualifications: 16 years of education in Environmental Science, Engineering Management, Civil Urban Planning, or Business Administration.
• Experience: 5 years in operations management, monitoring, or evaluation in established organizations.

Age Limits

• CFO: Up to 50 years
• Senior Manager HR & Admin: Up to 45 years
• Company Secretary: Up to 45 years
• Manager Monitoring: Up to 45 years
